19th Global Insulation Conference & Exhibition 2026

The 19th Global Insulation Conference will take place in Dublin, Ireland, on 11 - 12 November 2026, with kind support from Kingspan Group.

The Global Insulation Conference examines insulation market trends, technological development in insulation and insulation production advances. The 19th Global Insulation Conference and Exhibition will take place in Dublin, Ireland and is expected to attract delegates from more than 35 countries as well as over 30 exhibitors.

Delegate fees

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference programme booklet, all available presentations in PDF format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception, Global Insulation Awards Dinner, and farewell reception.

Registration opens on 1 March 2026. Super Early registration is €875 and ends on 30 April 2026. The Early Bird rate of €975 will then apply until 6 June 2026, followed by the Standard rate of €1075 from 7 June 2026 and the Final rate of €1175 after 1 September 2026. Insulation producers benefit from a €300 discount on registration fees. Confirmed speakers register for €695, while confirmed insulation-producer speakers register free.

Note that registration fees include the Global Insulation Awards Dinner - a highlight of the global insulation year, and an important networking opportunity - at the famous Jolly Ploughboy pub. There is no refund for non-participation.

Fees do not include Irish VAT, which will be added during registration.

Due to the constraints of the registration system, a new registration form must be completed for each delegate. Guests can attend the dinner only. Each registration must have its own unique e-mail address. Payment is by bank/credit card or direct bank transfer only.

Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are strongly advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Refunds cannot be issued due to non receipt of a Visa. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.

Fees quoted do not include any applicable local taxes. Local VAT may be applicable to some parts or all of these fees.
