Global Gypsum Conference & Exhibition 2022

The annual Global Gypsum Conference is well-known around the world as the largest meeting of gypsum professionals and as the must-attend gypsum event. The conference in 2022 will meet in Estoril, near Lisbon, Portugal and will appeal to gypsum and wallboard producers from around the globe.

The not-to-be-missed Global Gypsum Awards Gala Dinner will take place at the spectacular Edificio Arriba, Guincho, on the western-most edge of continental Europe, in time to watch the sunset over the wild Atlantic!

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference proceedings book including delegate names/company/country and all available powerpoint slides, memory stick including all available presentations in pdf format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, conference briefcase, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception and farewell reception. The registration fee also includes any required on-site Covid testing.

Delegate fees

Super Early registration is £595 and ends on 31 January 2022. After the Super Early rate, the Early Bird rate of £695 will apply from 1 February until the end of 31 March 2022, followed by the Standard rate of £795 from 1 April 2022 and the Final rate of £895 after 1 September 2022. Gypsum producers benefit from a £100 discount on these registration fees. Confirmed speakers register for £495, while confirmed gypsum-producer speakers register free. Registration fees do not include the conference dinner.

The Global Gypsum Awards Gala Dinner will take place at the Arriba venue and costs £125, bookable during registration.

The popular Spouse Tour Programme includes the Welcome and Farewell receptions, the Global Gypsum Awards Dinner and two tours during the conference (a Lisbon city tour and to the spectacular palace/castle of Sintra), and is bookable during registration for £295. Spouses will also be obliged to comply with the event's Covid protocols.

Please note that fees quoted do not include any applicable local taxes. Portuguese VAT at 23% may be applicable to some parts or all of these fees.

Note: The organisers reserve the right to alter future registration fees on an ongoing-basis, if required by currency movements or other unavoidable circumstances. Pre-existing bookings will not be affected.

Due to the constraints of the registration system, a new registration form must be completed for each delegate. Guests can attend the gala dinner only. Each registration must have its own unique e-mail address. Payment is by bank/credit card or direct bank transfer only.

Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are strongly advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Refunds cannot be issued due to non receipt of a Visa. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
