1st Global CemCCUS Conference, Exhibition and Awards 2024

The 1st Global CemCCUS Conference and Exhibition will cover developments and the state-of-the-art in carbon capture, utilisation and sequestration for the cement and lime industries.

Carbon capture from cement and lime production and its subsequent use or sequestration will be unavoidable in a world which requires net-zero-carbon emissions by 2050. Once cement and lime producers have done everything else that they can to reduce their CO₂ emissions - measures that are covered in the sister-conference Global FutureCem - then they will be obliged to capture the rest, and either repurpose it, or sequester it.

Delegates are expected to attend from more than 40 countries, to learn about the state-of-the-art in carbon capture, use and sequestion. If your business emits CO₂ from cement and lime production, then you must attend!

Delegate fees

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference programme booklet including delegate names/company/country, all available presentations in pdf format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception and farewell reception. The registration fee also includes any required on-site Covid testing but note that Covid testing is not currently required.

Registration opens on 10 January 2024. Super-Early registration is £595 and is followed by the Early rate of £695 from 1 February 2024 through February. The Standard rate is £795 and is applicable from 1 March to 31 March. The Final rate is £895, from 1 April 2024. Cement producers benefit from a £100 discount on these rates, while employees of cement-producing members of partner associations (including the AUCBM, GCCA and WCA) gain an additional discount of £100 per person. Confirmed cement-producer-speakers register free - other speakers register for £495.

The Global CemCCUS Awards Dinner and social evening will take place at a stunning location and is bookable separately at a cost of £125.

The field trip is bookable separately for £55 during registration: numbers are limited. Bring your own safety boots - no boots, no visit!

The 'Introduction to cement indsutry CCUS' full-day course is costed at £395 (or £295 for cement-producer participants).

Please note that fees quoted do not include any applicable local taxes.

Note: The organisers reserve the right to alter future registration fees on an ongoing-basis, if required by currency movements or other unavoidable circumstances. Pre-existing bookings will not be affected.

Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are strongly advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Refunds cannot be issued due to non receipt of a Visa. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
