18th Global Insulation Conference and Exhibition 2025

Global Insulation Conference examines insulation market trends, technological development in insulation and insulation production advances. The 18th Global Insulation Conference and Exhibition will take place in Baveno, Italy in November 2025. The 18th Global Insulation Conference is expected to attract delegates from more than 35 countries as well as over 30 exhibitors.

Delegate fees

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference programme booklet, all available presentations in pdf format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception and farewell reception.

Italian companies are not charged VAT during registration, but are responsible for paying Italian VAT through the reverse charge mechanism. All other customers are charged Italian VAT. Companies in the EU may be able to reclaim Italian VAT. Companies from outside the EU will not be able to reclaim Italian VAT. For further information on Italian VAT, please refer to our VAT page.

Super Early registration is £645 (£786.90 including VAT at 22%) and ends on 30 April 2025. The Early Bird rate of £745 (£908.90 including VAT) will then apply from until 6 June, followed by the Standard rate of £845 (£1030.90 including VAT) from 7 June and the Final rate of £945 (£1152.90 including VAT) after 1 September. Insulation producers benefit from a £200 discount on the pre-VAT registration fees. Confirmed speakers register for £495 (£603.90 including VAT), while confirmed insulation-producer speakers register free. Registration fees do not include the conference dinner, at a fabulous local venue, which is bookable separately during registration at a cost of £125 (£137.50 including VAT at 10%).

Note: The organisers reserve the right to alter future registration fees on an ongoing-basis, if required by currency movements or other unavoidable circumstances. Pre-existing bookings will not be affected.

Due to the constraints of the registration system, a new registration form must be completed for each delegate. Guests can attend the dinner only. Each registration must have its own unique e-mail address. Payment is by bank/credit card or direct bank transfer only.

Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are strongly advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Refunds cannot be issued due to non receipt of a Visa. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
